Men’s Newsletter 24 March 2016

HAZARD MARKERS 5TH HOLE.

At the rear of the 5th green the hazard markers have been shifted in front of the Rhodo’s. The line across the path has also been moved. This will now remove any doubt as to whether a ball actually reaches the hazard line as before. Also when the Rhodos dropped their flowers it was possible for the ball to be lost.

HAZARD MARKERS 9th HOLE.

The BLUE Hazard marker on the left hand side of the 9th green has been moved from the top of the hill down to the pungas at the bottom of the hill. This now means that if you enter the hazard within the extended area you can drop in the drop zone. Previously there was some confusion about where to drop and interpretation of the rules.

WEDNESDAY GOLF.

Bayleys Day next Wednesday is a SHOTGUN START AT 12.30PM. Please ensure you have your name on the sheet provided by Tuesday 29th March, 2016, so a draw can be done.
